About the Menu: 1st Course- Shrimp and Artichoke Salad With Lemon Vinaigrette paired with Impero Mon Amour Rose 2nd Course- Fresh Fettuccini with Venison Ragu paired with Roma Montepulciano 3rd Course- White Truffle Risotto with Wild Mushrooms paired with Tinazzi Ripasso (Little Amarone) 4th Course- Braised Short Rib with Whipped Cannellini Beans and Gremolata paired with Poggio le Volpi Brunello di Montalcino 5th Course- Spring Berry Tart with a Basil Chantilly Cream paired with Calatroni Sangua di Guida Cooking Class Participant Tips & Details: Culinary enthusiasts are encouraged to participate or observe during the class. -Currently, ALL our classes are Demonstration style, hands-off classes for the safety of our guests and employees. – Wine & beer service available. – Participants receive 10% off at So Gourmet on day of class. – Classes must meet a minimum of 10 reservations. – We reserve the right to cancel and undersold classes will be rescheduled.
