Manhattan apartment building seeks a Super. (This luxury building is located in Chelsea). This is a "live in" position. Responsibilities include: maintenance of entire building, tending to tenants requests, keeping the building in immaculate condition, monitoring doormen and janitorial staff, apartment prep for new move-ins, and many other tasks. Must be technically proficient, organized, diligent, and well spoken. Knowledge of Plumbing, Electric, Carpentry, and Painting a plus.
