BBQ Grill manufacturer is currently seeking a self motivated, reliable production associate to join our small team. Job includes bbq grill assembly, finishing processes, processing/cutting steel and stainless materials, packing and palletizing freight for shipment, and cleanup/maintaining work areas.
The ideal candidate will be able to follow instruction, work independently, and complete tasks in a timely manner. Must be able to convert fractions to decimals and vice versa, read a tape measure, cut materials to precise measurements, and pack shipments independently based on a work order. Operation of tools such as nail gun, chop saw, band saw, and drill is required. MIG welding and fabrication experience is a bonus. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Candidate must be aware of safe shop practices and be willing to wear appropriate PPE.

$15/hr DOE
Vacation pay
Flexible Hours/Days Mon-Fri approx. 24 hrs week.
Located in Santa Maria.
