Come see why our staff has years of experience and loves their jobs. Primary Role: Respond to service calls as needed. Perform services as assigned, following SERVPRO® production guidelines. Communicate with crew chief to make sure all customer needs are met. Support crew chief and other production personnel, as needed. Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and office areas, as needed. Results Expected: Production processes are performed according to guidelines and work orders. Communications to crew chief and customers are timely. Jobs are completed at or beyond customer expectations. Vehicles, equipment, and facilities remain clean, orderly, and working properly. Position Requirements: Effective oral communication Basic math skills Ability to: Lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) Sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Travel locally and out of state when necessary Successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Experience in cleaning/restoration preferred High school diploma/GED IICRC certifications preferred Respond to this posting or apply in person
