We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Associate for our client, a distribution company in Bedford, MA. The primary responsibilities will be to receive and stock products and materials within the warehouse. Responsibilities: - Responsible for cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse including inbound and outbound - Duties could include receiving, picking/packing, preparing products for shipment, etc. - Responsible for the efficient flow of products from receipt to shipment out to customers - Will be trained on driving a stock picker forklift Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED preferred - 1 - 2 years related experience preferred - Previous material handling equipment experience (MHE) preferred - Ability to consistently lift 30-40 lbs and able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift The schedule for this position is Monday - Friday from 5am - 1:30pm with some OT required as needed (typically no more than 5 hours weekly). This is a full time position Evaluation Hire/Temp-to-Perm position with great growth opportunities. The pay rate is $16.00/hr with an increase to $17.00/hr once hired on by the company.
