We're excited to invite you to flow with us at the Cafe Namaste™ at the Society Las Olas rooftop yoga lawn at 10:30AM. Enjoy a soulful yoga class by Sam Reynolds (@journeysforthesoul), connect with your community, and set your intentions. Check-in begins at 10:45AM. About Sam Reynolds: Sam Reynolds is an international yoga teacher, photographer, and speaker. Her mission is to inspire peace, one breath at a time. She believes in the power of yoga and a healthy lifestyle to thrive in your daily life. Sam offers public classes, private sessions, workshops, and mentoring. Before yoga, Sam worked in Rwanda for a non-profit dedicated to empowering and supporting orphaned teens as a result of the 1994 genocide. She also spent five years in the Czech Republic leading educational journeys throughout Europe based on 20th century European history and genocide studies. Please enter through the main lobby and head to the pool deck and yoga lawn. You will be required to check-in with security. Society Residents: This class is open to Society residents and outside guests (limited spots). NOTE: If you are a SOCIETY resident, the class is complimentary.
