Wanted Trim Carpenter $30/hour for 1/2 day project

Wanted trim carpenter for a 1/2 day project at a rental house. Will have more upcoming work at two other properties soon and always looking for good people for future work. See attached photo. We're looking for someone to buy the material needed at Lowes/Home Depot on our account and come do the trim work today/tomorrow/Thursday, if possible. We believe the entire project can get done in 4 hours. (We will consider only doing the top of the stairs or adding a couple more hours to project to complete everything.). The design doesn't have to be exact, but this is a good guide. Payment is by: company check, zelle, or PayPal within 24 hours of work completion after someone can come out and take a look. install molding and caulk. Must have own tools and equipment.
