Fixing up an old sailboat- Fiberglass and paint

I have a very unique 21 ft. sailboat that is being converted into a trawler. I am looking for someone that has extensive knowledge of all things fiberglass/epoxy. I am willing to pay $20 an hour for the right person to finish out the job. much of the hardest internal work has already been done. I operate a welding shop and the boat is in my parking space. I have all the materials and tools needed for the job. Ideally I would like this job to take no more than 2 weeks. Proof of past experience with pictures is required.
