Baba Kabab Restaurant & the Lafayette Women's Chamber of Commerce have joined together for a benefit for The American Heart Association. Nidal Balbeisi, owner of Baba Kabab Restaurant and the Lafayette Women's Chamber of Commerce have joined together in February, which is Heart Month, for an event to benefit the American Heart Association's Heart Walk! Friends, Family, and Colleagues are invited to nominate through Facebook their favorite Cajun Cook to partner with Nidal Balbeisi to create a fun twist on an evening of unique cuisine with a "guest chef" picked from your nominations. A portion of the proceeds from your $25 ticket and appetizers, beverages, or desserts purchased this evening will go to the American Heart Association's Heart Walk. There will be two seatings to choose from at checkout - 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm and 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
