The Community Computer Connections Program is seeking a volunteer, familiar with Excel, Word and Access, to do outreach and data entry, all in the comfort of your home on Long Island. The Community Connections Program (CCCP) is sponsored by RSVP, a not-for-profit agency. CCCP provides refurbished computers free of charge to individuals, families and veterans across Nassau and Suffolk who would otherwise not be able to afford this equipment -- since 2006 CCCP has delivered over 5400 computers. CCCP helps to bring technology to veterans and deserving families and individuals. CCCP volunteers help to make a difference in their lives. The outreach volunteer will help us source desktop and laptop computers (and related equipment), funding, and new clients for our program. There is no specific volunteer schedule or number of hours required. You can work at your own pace, as well as in the comfort of your own home.
