Principal duties include: Responsibility for doing minor building repairs, coordinating with outside contractors for, and doing, limited grounds and offices maintenance. Ability to do minor repairs of woodworking machinery, forklifts and small tools. Qualifications and skills: Maintenance or equivalent experience in commercial facilities, or “punch out list-type” experience, if coming from a builder background. Must have mechanical aptitude. Woodworking experience and computer skills are helpful. We drug test.
