From the comfort of your home, taste your way through the best of pairings: cheese & bubbly Our cheesemonger will walk you through the art of building a cheese and charcuterie board while sipping wines that pair the board and it's accoutrements. Learn about cheeses and what to pair to bring out the best flavors and the tricks for making a beautiful board. We provide you with a box containing 3 cheeses, charcuterie and the accoutrements to build a board for sharing (feeds 2 or more depending on your love for cheese) and a sweet ending dessert duo. An option to purchase bottle of bubbly to pair with the cheeseboard - or sip from you own wine supply at home. Cheese boxes and wines can be picked up at Epicuse on Saturday 2.13 from 12p-8p and Sunday 2.14 from 11a-4p.
