Show us your championship spirit by helping us raise money for charity while pre-burning off all those Super Bowl Sunday calories! Before the big game, come train like the pros with this fun fitness fundraiser event taught by top athletic performance coaches. All exercise levels are welcome to participate in this co-ed sports performance geared workout. Participants will run through a variety of speed, agility, power, and strength exercises just like those moves used to train local NFL all-stars. Certified coaches R.C. Hahn and Mollie Estes are guaranteed to get you sweating while having fun! Not only will you walk away feeling like a champion because you accomplished the workout, but also because 100% of your ticket proceeds benefit the Adjusting Fate Foundation, a local non-profit that provides health and fitness resources to women rebuilding their lives after abuse. Your $20 donation includes access to the event, a Pre-workout and post-workout fuel provided by Supplement Superstores as well as 1 raffle ticket for a chance to walk away with prizes from some of KC's favorite local brands including MADE MOBB, Supplement Superstore, RESTORE Hyper wellness and more!
