We are looking for a resource to work weekends at two locations, one on Saturday for 5 to 6 hours, then one on Sunday for the same effort. Saturday is broken into two different spaces. • The first is a 6,000 square foot office work space with many small individual offices, an admin area, a waiting room, bathrooms, conference room, lunch room and kitchen. • The second is the common areas of an old mill building, upgraded for multiple leased areas. The effort begins with the building’s main entrance and elevator, then continues with long corridors, connected to the ground level by three long stairways, and includes a loading dock corridor used by three different businesses. Sunday is a small office building, three stories, with multiple businesses occupying different size areas. • The common areas include a front and rear entrance, both supported by stairways, corridors on each floor, and two bathrooms on each floor supporting the business staff working there. • Two businesses are also included for cleaning services, one occupying the entire third floor, a second occupying half of the second floor. o One work space includes open work areas with cubicles, offices, conference rooms and training area. o The second includes offices, small lobby, and large conference area.
