Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga also referred to as anti-gravity yoga, uses the weight of your body that is supported by a silk hammock that allows for much greater flexibility than traditional yoga. Throughout the class there will be poses for all levels. This is a strong core workout that has amazing benefits for your core, back, mind, and body! This class promotes lengthening and strengthening!
