We are looking for someone with great communication skills, the ability to provide excellent customer service to residents and fellow team members, and strong leadership and organizational skills. Duties/Responsibilities • Maintains and cleans all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming • Must be able to lift 60 lbs. • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and other objects • Spot clean carpets; assist in carpet extractions and shampooing • Use of heavy cleaning equipment, such as carpet cleaners. • Other duties may be assigned, as required by scope of work or customer needs.
