Fishs Eddy Properties is looking to expand our team! We are seeking an experienced and reliable person to assist with the grounds keeping and general maintenance of multiple commercial and apartment properties. Full-time or part-time available.
Duties include but are not limited to:
-snow plow and salting experience a plus
-knowledge of HVAC a plus
-grounds keeping (trim bushes, weeding, etc.)
-building maintenance including washing windows, siding and emptying trash receptacles
-light electrical
-light plumbing
-light carpentry
-painting
-general repair and upkeep
Required abilities include:
-Able to lift 50 lbs
-Able to work on ladders
-Able to work in all weather conditions
-Able to solve problem independently
Must have own hand tools/power tools. Dependable transportation is required. We are looking for someone who can work independently and as part of a team to get tasks completed.
