Heritage Properties is seeking a friendly, courteous and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team at our upscale apartment community, QuailRidge Apartment homes in Bartlett, TN What you will do: As the Groundskeeper, you will play an important role by ensuring the grounds, buildings, common areas, and amenities are kept clean and in order for our current and future residents. Keep the grounds free of trash and debris at all times Clean stairwells, landings and walkways, pool areas, mail areas, and gutters and drains Pressure washing buildings and walkways Check lights and change bulbs Remove items from vacant apartments What you will get: Hourly pay with monthly bonus opportunities Onsite training and career growth Paid time off includes holidays, vacation time and sick time.
