I`m looking for someone to do bi-weekly grass cuts on 4 houses/lot in Orlando area, pay IS $30 for each CUT, lot pays $50, requires mowing, edging, weedwacking and blowing, these are foreclosed properties so it does require picture taking for proof for the bank, when grass is dormant pay is $15 for 10-15 pictures, please email me for more info and your experience if any with this type of work, must have a smart phone with knowledge of texting pics, MUST BE ABLE TO FOLLOW SIMPLE GUIDELINES WHEN TAKING PHOTOS, must have own equipment, PAY IS DONE BY APP AFTER I RECEIVE YOUR PHOTOS, more work is always coming in this is just the beginning. PAY IS $30 per job, NO MATTER IF ITS A 5 MIN JOB OR 20 MIN JOB, ITS A SET PRICE FROM THE BANK
