Hit and run on 2/2/2021 at 1235pm. Dodge or Chrysler pickup truck, light blue or grey, probably early 90s pickup truck pulled out onto 13th street. Truck turned north into oncoming traffic and hit my sedan in the back quarter panel. Driver ran from the scene. I have part of his bumper with a serial number.
