No power to 2009 BMW 328i..Mechanic

I have a 2009 BMW 328i that isnt getting any power in the car. It has a new battery. and power reaches under the hood aswell as the fuse box in the glove compartment..but the doors will not open nor is there any power in the car(emergency lights wont come on)..I dont have a key, for it, I need power to program it, no power to diagnose port either..I only have a window which is open on it..if you have alot of experience or have dealt with this before let me know..thanks...
