Gig for a handyman/carpenter (a jack of all trades person) to work on repairs and make ready's in Houston area. We are a full service real estate company that specializes in leasing and managing and maintaining residential single family houses and multifamily apartments for real estate investors all over greater metro Houston area and beyond. This position you will be on the road and work from your truck. Work orders and make ready's will be dispatched to you from the main office. Your communication will be with the Maintenance Department with the Maintenance Processor and Maintenance Coordinator. We need a skilled lead handyman/carpenter (a jack of all trades person) to work on our repairs and make ready's on our single family and multifamily residential properties. You will need your own tools and truck. Needs to be knowledgeable how to do or oversee the work: Painting Drywall work Carpentry Finish carpentry Hang doors and frames and trim work Set cabinets Floor tiling Floor laminate wood Minor electrical Minor plumbing Water meter line repairs Setting bathtubs and toilets Installing light fixtures Minor roofing and roof patch Patch minor asphalt driveway repairs Interior and exterior work Remodel a kitchen Remodel a bathroom Fencing Decking Pools Appliances repairs Concrete work Yard work Tree trimming or removal Demo work Hauling and dumping AC certified a plus Etc. Have your own tools Has a working truck for hauling materials and hauling off debris. This is a 40 hour a week gig Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM. Your time starts when you get to your first assigned work order and ends when you leave your last assignment for the day. If you are interested you can come by our office to fill our our application.
