We are expanding and searching for Cleaning Professionals in Chicago and South Suburbs! If you like setting your own hours, getting bookings left and right, as well as working with great people, join our team! We are Looking for Professionals with these Qualities: Job Responsibilities: - Dusting and cleaning ceiling vents, surface areas, and counter surfaces - Follow all health and safety regulations - Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately - Thoroughly clean and sanitize kitchen, bedrooms, restrooms, living room and any additional areas of the home - Restroom- clean toilets, sinks, mop floors, clean mirrors, clean stainless steel - Vacuum- detail corners and edges - Mop/Swiffer tile and wood floors - Clean behind refrigerators and stoves when easily accessible - Cleaning windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors - Disposing of trash from bins and containers - Commercial jobs - ability to send quality pictures for estimates - Thoroughly clean inside of the building, and/or adapt to specific customer needs - Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery used in cleaning - Ability to supply own cleaning solutions and tools; INCLUDING GLOVES & MASKS Qualifications and Requirements: - Legally authorized to work in the United States (Social Security # or Tax Id Number (TIN)) - Be able to pass a criminal background check - Sign a non-solicit agreement (Clients of the service will remain with the service) - Driver license required - Have your own reliable transportation to and from cleanings - Be able to get to work on time - Phone with backup chargers, texting capabilities, and GPS - Ability to follow verbal and written directions - Able to adapt to changing conditions, schedules or routines; - Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills - Report on any shortages, damages, or security issues - Comply with health and safety regulations - Organized and able to follow a schedule - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies - Fluent in English language(Spanish is a plus!) - Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail - Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time; physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time; ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds - Must be able to work in a positive team-oriented environment OR ability to stay motivated while working independently - Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision COVID-19 precautions: - Personal protective equipment required - Social distancing guidelines in place - Virtual meetings - Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place COVID-19 considerations: - Masks and gloves are required to clean our clients’ homes, for both their safety and your own. Sanitization between client’s homes or businesses is required.
