HOURS MAY VARY - SOME WEEKEND WORK MAY BE AVAILABLE JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include: Indoor/Outdoor general maintenance management of all residential apartments, buildings, apartment grounds, sidewalks, and related other miscellaneous equipment. Must be able to coordinate, install, inspect, repair, and maintain general electrical, carpentry & plumbing issues as well as a proficiency in the use of the necessary hand, power and specialty tools. Looking for someone with the proven ability to work independently and reliably on facility systems and associated equipment by managing/monitoring all general maintenance projects as requested. For example: electrical repairs (installing new light fixtures or ceiling fans), plumbing issues (general sink repairs or bathroom maintenance), landscaping, and any other maintenance work needed throughout the complex. HVAC Certification – MAY be required for certain locations SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS At least 2 years of maintenance experience Safety and security conscious Highly observant Ability to solve problems Good time management Ability to prioritize tasks and follow instructions General working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry Ability to safely and proficiently operate hand, power, and specialty tools Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. Able to climb ladder, enter attic, etc. *HVAC Technician experience MAY be required*
