MARLBOROUGH, MA — A barn that's part of the Hillside School in Marlborough was badly damaged in a two-alarm fire Tuesday morning. The fire broke out around 9 p.m. at 206 Robin Hill St., which is the location of the school's agriculture program and farm stand. Firefighters rang a second alarm around 11 a.m., and fire trucks from Sudbury and Hudson responded to help cover other parts of the city. Hillside School is a boarding school for boys in grades 4 to 9, and was closed for classes on Tuesday due to the nor'easter. School officials did not immediately respond to a request for comment about the fire. Marlborough Fire Chief Kevin Breen was also not immediately available for comment about what caused the fire.
