Come out to "Manhattan's Oldest Haunt" for a social-distancing friendly in-depth paranormal investigation of the Morris-Jumel Mansion (1765) Featured on THE HOLZER FILES, GHOST ADVENTURES, INSIDE EDITION, HAUNTED USA: NEW YORK, and the TODAY SHOW, the Morris-Jumel Mansion is perceived by many as a paranormal site and has attracted academics and investigators such as Hans Holzer, Zak Bagans, the Tennessee Wraith Chasers, and now you! Learn the basics of ghost hunting while possibly communicating with some of MJM’s former residents. The evening begins with a discussion of paranormal theory and the history of Manhattan's Oldest House. Guests then transition into a full investigation where they will learn the history of the Mansion, its former residents, and interesting facts about the museum collection. *This event has be reconfigured in light of COVID guidelines and restrictions. This event is limited 8 participants to allow for a safe, in-depth personal experience.* Our monthly investigations are three hours in length and are open to the public. This event is strictly for those 18 and over. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. All guests MUST wear masks, and will be provided with nitrile gloves for use with the investigative equipment (masks and gloves are NOT optional.) Masks, socially-distancing, and health screenings will be required for each participant. * NOTE: If this event is postposed or cancelled for any reason, refunds will be given.
