Private self-guided tour of the Morris-Jumel Mansion, Manhattan's oldest house, for seniors and the immunocompromised.
Morris-Jumel has set aside Thursdays and Fridays for seniors and the immunocompromised to enjoy a safe, private self-guided visit of the museum. Purchasing this ticket will guarantee private museum entry (you will be the only party in the house) with entry options from 11:00am-12:30pm of 1:00-2:30pm. Self-guided tours are projected to last approximately 45 minutes to one-hour. A thorough deep cleaning of the museum will occur in advance of each timed entry.
In advance of booking your visit, please review our visitor guidelines and procedures listed on our website which will help orient you before you arrive and ensure that you get the most out of your museum experience. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone not abiding by these guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and other visitors.
Your health and safety are our top priorities. Please be assured that the museum will follow guidelines issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), New York State, and New York City for increased health and safety procedures. More information can be found on our website.
Please note that two of our nine period rooms are currently in transition; an unveiling of new historic interiors is slated for spring 2021.
