Luxury high-rise condo community on 37 acres in Alexandria,VA seeks qualified, dependable individual to join our Environmental Services Team. F/T hourly position, Mon-Fri., 7:15 a.m.-3:45 p.m. each day, with opportunity for overtime possible. Duties include but are not limited to maintaining general grounds appearance: keeping grounds free of litter and walkways clear of leaves and snow. Individual must be flexible and willing to work in other areas of housekeeping as needed, and be a team player. Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs. Dependability a must. Holiday duty hours required; OT possible, and department is considered “essential personnel” in times of severe weather (snow) or other emergencies.
