The health and safety of our employees has always been our top priority.    WE’VE MADE OUR OUTDOOR WORKING ENVIRONMENT EVEN SAFER BY: Creating social distancing markings limiting person-to-person contact Ensuring our team members enjoy at least 6 feet of personal space while working Enhancing cleaning procedures to disinfect surfaces between customers Providing and requiring additional personal protective equipment to ensure the safety of our employees and customers WHAT MOTIVATES OUR TEAM: Fun and active work environment Flexible scheduling Growth opportunity with a national employer Earn generous paid time off starting day one Free car washes weekly Employee appreciation events throughout the year Opportunity for performance-based pay increases after 30 days of employment Tuition reimbursement for GED, college classes, trade certifications, and ESL classes Competitive hourly pay + tips HOW YOU WILL SHINE: Have and maintain a valid driver’s license Drive vehicles on site and in and out of the wash tunnel (after completing additional certification) Deliver an exceptional customer experience by being friendly and outgoing Handle vehicles with extreme care Vacuum and spot dry vehicles and clean windows and interiors Check vehicle quality to make sure the completed product meets company expectations Assist in maintaining the location’s appearance by sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and/or completing minor landscaping work as directed by management Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations DRIVERS: Thrive in a fast-paced working environment Provide outstanding customer service Take pride in their work and pay attention to detail Are dependable team players Enjoy being active, on their feet, and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions Upon offer, selected candidates are required to complete a driving history review.
