I found a black womens Barbour jacket draped over the driver's side-view mirror on my car parked in the Lower Garden District. Had a receipt in the pocket for a purchase made by someone named Anna D Bowden on 1/23/21. No merchant on the receipt. Going to give it a wash because it's filthy and then it'll be going to Goodwill in 10 days.
