Human making snow ducks on the creek

You were busy making ducklings out of snow when I walked by. I felt a kinship. I've done this sorta thing. It's a SNOWSTORM and NO ONE'S OUT PLAYING! So, you go enjoy it by yourself. But in a public area in case there are other cool people out. 😎 And, I mean. It's a pandemic and making snow ducks seems like a covid-safe way to encounter random humans. I said, "that's so awesome!" or some such triviality. And you made me a duck, professing that you'd make *anyone* a duck. I carried that duck for 6+ blocks, thinking, "ack! This very cool human is doing very cool stuff and you're just walking away." (But, I don't know. There's a super fine line between meeting awesome humans and feeling very vulnerable. And you were alone, so I didn't want to creep you out.) You suggested I put the duck in the freezer, but I wanted to show it off to the neighbors, and naturally, it has evaporated. So I'm gonna need another one. :)
