Description
We are looking for a full time chef to service guests at our luxury B&B’s, 2 locations, 1 each in Napa and Sonoma county. You will need to be available to primarily cook breakfast and prepare brunch and/or lunch for guests (typically 10 to 30 people), dinner less often. We are open 24/7 and are busier in summer than winter. Must be willing to work most weekends.
Often prep work cannot be done from our kitchens and will need to be done in your home kitchen. Thus you must have a home setup sufficient for such food production. When possible our kitchens are available for use which is dependent on our rental schedules and any private events, etc.
The right applicants should have at least 5 years experience including kitchen management, a talent developing recipes and menus with an acute understanding of food and labor costs with a broad working knowledge of regional foods and wines.. Must be well organized, self starter, able to interact and coordinate with guests with a working knowledge of various computer software programs (Excel, Google Drives, POS).
