You know how people like to come home, go out back, relax and enjoy their friends and family? We have the priveledge of installing such spaces for our clients. We are looking for the right team members that will be a good addition to our company. We work m-f, 7-3:30, throughout Napa county and a few projects in Sonoma and Solono counties. Last year with covid we had to shrink way down as we let under performers go and could not find any qualified people to fill the positions. We are for the most part starting from scratch which means there is a lot of potential for growth for those who join. Although the work is tough at times we treat this group as family and the owner works just as hard as the newest employee. Along with the family feel comes the responsibility of following our core values and standards, but we do have a mutual enjoyment for what we do. After the probation period, intensives are given for performance efforts. Why should you choose our team over another? 1.
