We seek a Window Service Technician, for our Campbell location, which will assist our Field Service Manager in our Service Department. We are looking for an experienced individual in the Window & Door industry; this role does not oversee installation, but adjustment and corrections in the field. Responsibilities and Duties: • Service technicians are assigned to various project services: troubleshoot installations, lock sets, window adjustments, glass replacements, roller replacement, screen installation, hardware installation, door panel and window sash replacement • Conducting inspection of projects, verifying proper installation and surveying job sites. • Communicating directly with clients on challenging high profile projects and providing recommendations in the best interest of the client. Qualifications and Skills: • Extensive Window and Door experience a plus. • Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects concurrently while maintaining efficiency.
