1. Shipping: • Check in/out packets as directed • Pull product and scan to correct location • Strip, label and scan all product going to the shop or paint room • Loading Pella Delivery Trucks o Insure that all paperwork and loads are accurate • Insure all service pulls and paperwork are accurate • Handle all “Will-Call” customers, paperwork and product • Fill out IPRs (Internal Problem Report) as the problems arise 2. Receiving: • Unload all factory trailers • Check product received for damage • Fill out IPRs (Internal Problem Report) as the problems arise 3. Inventory Control: • Scan all product into correct location • Scrap forms • Warehouse inquires • Insure all inventory is stored neatly and organized 4. Training: • Lead by example 5. Daily Maintenance: • Sweep warehouse • Charge order pickers • Plug in all batteries and account for all scanners • Maintain clean parking lot and loading pit 6. Safety: • Maintain a clean working environment • Maintain a safe working environment • Enforce all safety rules and procedures • Report all safety issues to Supervisor immediately ** Also any tasks requested by your supervisor
