Looking for Band Musicians

*Please read the entire post before responding* I am seeking to form a band for gigging. Ideally will be a mix of covers and originals in a wide variety of genres. The makeup of the band will be: Lead guitar, rhythm guitar/vocals, keyboard/vocals, bass, drummer. Vocals would be a plus for all of the musicians, but a requirement for second guitar and keys. This will include both leads and harmony, so please have experience with both. Must have band experience! And must have willingness to play many genres, including pop. Looking for professional musicians: as in, you have been paid, and have experience doing gigs. Looking to form this band and get up to speed so that once Covid restrictions have eased, we can hit the ground running. Rehearsals can be done remotely or in person, whatever you are comfortable with, and we can work around this for everyone involved for the time being. Eventually we will have to rehearse in person before doing gigs, but if everyone does their homework and we work out arrangements ahead of time, there's no need for extensive rehearsing. Zoom sessions for band discussions will probably take place early in the process, so please be technologically prepared for that. We will gig. We will make money. Therefore, you need to be serious, experienced and talented. No drama will be tolerated. That being said, having fun will be encouraged, as long as the work ethic is there. You must also have the time and motivation to devote to this band. If you continually miss rehearsals and don't do your homework, you will be replaced. You must send me demos of your performing! I will not respond to emails without this. At least two demos, but the more the better. Songwriters who also meet the other requirements encouraged to apply, as there will be original music involved and the band will be encouraged to participate in this process. The closer you are to Santa Rosa/Rohnert Park the better, as this is where I am located and this is where in-person rehearsals will eventually take place. If you are farther away and travel is not an issue, then feel free to apply, but please understand that it's on you to make it to rehearsals and gigs. If you have questions feel free to ask.
