Our General Contractor division, handling everything from drain tile installation, to rough framing walls, to drywall, carpet and tile, and paint. 24 hour emergency maintenance services available on all buildings within our operational limitations. Sub-Contractor - Must have 1 verifiable trade or skill. - Own basic tools * specialty tools will be supplied by us. - Must be able to read a tape measure. - Must have own reliable transportation to jobsites. - Must maintain job site safety. - Steel toe boots are required. - Active bank account.(we pay electronically). - Smartphone w/ GPS required **HOURLY/PIECE-WORK POSTIONS ALSO AVALIABLE FOR QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS ** Fill in work available.
