We are currently looking to hire Traffic Control Supervisors that have experience in our industry or employees that will become certified Flaggers and Supervisors and with training will have the ability to test and pass for supervisory position Pay is dependent upon experience. Happy to give raises if you are willing to prove yourself once hired. Company Cell phone provided. Company trucks are assigned to individuals, can discuss them being driven to and from work. 4 Paid holidays or overtime if worked. $150/month bonus after 2nd month up to 8th month with us for a job well done. Education and Experience and or opportunity to become: Certification as a Traffic Control Supervisor from Colorado Contractors Association CCA Certification through ATSSA The American Traffic Safety Services Association as a TCS. CDOT Flagger Certification Company Qualifications Now or after training you will have: Knowledge of the MUTCD Book- to properly set up tear down jobs daily. Ability to Read and Implement Traffic Plans. Must haves now: Current Drivers License - Minimal Traffic Offenses in the past 5 years. Ability to work hours as needed including weekends and holidays. Ability to problem solve work under pressure effectively. Ability to remain flexible in daily changes. Ability to document work thoroughly in paperwork logs. Ability to communicate effectively to maintain working relationships with our customers &co - workers. May be subject to background report. Physical Demands: Individuals must be able to lift / move 50 lbs. regularly. Individuals are regularly exposed to traffic and outside weather conditions.
