Property management company in need of a full-time maintenance tech for general maintenance repairs over our mobile home park in Macon. The right candidate will need to provide his own reliable transportation and show initiative, willingness to work, ambitious, and dignity. Looking for someone with knowledge of general maintenance repairs consisting of the following: small electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry, rehab work like caulking, flooring, window replacements, installation of appliances and accessory kits, etc. Candidate must be willing to learn new skills and move up in the company. Candidate must also have a minimal supply of his own tools to work with (drill, basic tools, razor knife, etc) for basic jobs. Must have experience with maintenance repairs!
