We are accepting applications for the position of Groundskeeper / Janitor at our Athens apartment community. This is a part time position for 24 hours per week. Schedule will be 3 8-hour days (M, W, F, 8:30 - 5:30) The successful candidate is responsible for keeping exteriors, common area amenities, vacant apartments, and sidewalks/alleyways of the community clean and in a safe condition. They will assist in other types of maintenance, when necessary. Must have experience with painting and must be high school graduate or equivalent.
