Man Held On $125,000 Bond After Latest Arrest: Milford Police

MILFORD, CT — A New York man is being held in lieu of a $125,000 bond after failing to appear in court on prior charges in Milford, police said. On Jan. 28, police arrested Darrell Franklin, 33, of Port Chester, NY on two warrants, police said. He is accused of failing to appear in court for a November 2018 arrest in Milford, police said. In that incident, Franklin was originally charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, third-degree robbery, first-degree larceny, and risk of injury, police said in a news release. Police said he also failed to appear in court on another previous arrest. He is charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear.
