Part time - 25 to 30 hours per week. Flexible schedule. Apartment community grounds and facilities staff person. Great opportunity to work for a local apartment community. Will be working both inside and outside. Minimum skills and requirements: Ability to meet occasional physical demands Able to perform minor repairs such as replacing garbage disposal, replacing dishwasher, replacing light fixture, replacing ceiling fan, interior painting, & replacing plumbing fixtures. Will supply power tools, hand tools and all materials for repairs listed above. You would be responsible for the grounds within the apartment community including pressure washing, mulch/hay/straw laying, weed eating, debris removal, and trimming of shrubs.
