ISO Handyman/Boyfriend/Partner

I'm a homeowner and there is always something I need help with. Here are a few projects I'd like to do in the next 1-6 months: -Fix insulation issues in crawl space. -Replace bathtub / Tile walls (check for plumbing issues under tub...). -Fix a couple small siding issues. -Replace all the interior doors. -Replace porch decking (need to fix a minor footing issue also). -Tear down/rebuild a tool shed in the back yard. -Build some stuff with some live edge maple I have before the bugs eat it all. Later, I'd like to build a tinyhouse with shipping containers. Ok, so thats the handyman portion... but ya see, I like to work WITH handymen and so far, I have found a few good handymen but not any good 'partners'. I really want to start investing in other properties and rent/flip them and/or have the time to dedicate to writing and/or working on my inventions/business' so thats the 'Partner' portion. Now, the tough part... yes, I'm looking for an actual real-life boyfriend. Dating sites SUCK... actually, so does dating itself.. ya get all dressed up to impress someone and they stare off into space half the time wishing they were somewhere else (or I'm doing it to them). Seems people on-line only want one thing these days... well, we all have needs... my need is to have someone skilled around the house, someone who is fun to work with, likes to laugh, flirt, and be a loyal friend. Someone who is impressed on whats inside vs arm candy. Great conversation is a huge plus so to that end, I'm pretty liberal and I'm not looking for 'the opposite' to debate with... been there-done that... I want to have someone to stand BY and look in the same direction... after all, that is the only way to move FORWARD, together, right? I'm a BBW so if you are into size 0 or even size 10 girls, I'm not it... Likewise, I prefer Dad Bod's over 6 pack abs. I also don't smoke/do dope, don't have a drinking problem and have my shtuff together (I have a professional career). If you are still reading this.... its Valentines Day this month AND my birthday (will be 54)... so it would be nice to not spend it alone for the umpteenth time.
