We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Federal Way. This is a full-time position and our ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of apartment community experience. Responsible for the proper repair & upkeep of the apartments, buildings, common areas, completion of work orders and restoration of vacant units. Skills in the following areas desired: Plumbing Carpentry Flooring Painting Appliance repair & installation Drivers License and reliable vehicle required.
