Description

We are a property management company located on Miami Beach. We are looking for a person skilled in general cleaning and repair, painting, plastering, cleaning windows, pressure cleaning, etc. The ideal candidate must be trustworthy, honest, independent and highly motivated. Salary based on experience and can be increased after 2 month probationary period. Applicants must provide their own vehicle and all will be subject to a background investigation (part time to full time) SE BUSCA PERSONA DE MANTENIMIENTO para trabajos generales de limpieza y mantención de propiedades, mayormente en el area de South Beach. Se requiere experiencia en limpieza general, limpieza de vidrios, uso de blower, pressure cleaning, entre otras tareas de mantenimiento general. Se aprecia conocimientos de Handyman (drywall, pintura, etc.). Debe poseer movilidad propia, permiso de trabajo y estar dispuesto a realizar un background check. (medio tiempo a tiempo completo)
