We have a new 2 story home that needs the exterior painted. Siding, fascia, soffit is already primed and it is already 98% caulked. No shingles on the roof, so no need to be careful about getting paint on shingles. No stone in place yet. You will need to provide the spray rig, 28' ladder and needed brushes, rollers, tools, etc. GC will provide Primer and paint. There is a masking material allowance of $300-. The 1x2 vertical battens will need to be primed. You will need to mask and protect about 33 windows, 3 garage doors, 3 man doors, concrete flatwork, deck, etc. Minimal touch up caulking. Paint area is about 5,000 sf. Interior painting will be a separate contract and will be ready in about 2 weeks. All exterior is one color, white. Trim around windows and doors is 1x4 and is black. Pay is $2,000- for labor plus $300- for masking materials. Painting will start soon. Because of the season you can only paint about 6 hours per day, so it may take 1 to 2 weeks to get everything done.
