A Host Home Provider is a person, who may be part of a couple or family, who agrees to share their home with an adult with a disability. Anyone who is over the age of 18, in good general health and willing to be part of a team to help provide support can apply to be a Host Home Provider. Wings, LLC is in the field of providing residential, supported employment services and support for people with disabilities in Denver Metro Area. -Host Home Providers are independent contractors who receive a daily stipend, which in most cases is tax exempt, plus room and board. -Each Host Home Arrangement is specifically designed to meet the unique needs of an individual, respecting their personality, capabilities and hopes for the future. -Host Home Providers are carefully screened and selected. The Wings, LLC residential team provides support for each home. -An extensive matching process facilitates finding a home and family that is a "just right" fit for each other. -The person who joins you has their own room, is included in family activities and benefits from the host family's connections to the community.
