Cooking with Olivelle!
We are loving the new line of Olive Oils and Vinegars, Olivelle. Olivelle is by far the best any of us have tasted! In this class, Chef Craig will teach you how to blend the oils and vinegars to make some of the most flavorful combinations, he will be available to answer any questions you may have with regards to cooking with flavored oils and vinegars. Menu for the evening will be mixed green salad with your choice of dressing, pan roasted chicken with a mushroom cream sauce served over a bed of black rice. The evening will end with a bowl of ice cream topped with chocolate espresso balsamic. Cost for this class is $55/person No refunds or credit if cancelled within 48 hours of event.

Know we will be taking all precautions regarding COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, chef and staff are required to wear mask. Hand washing stations are located throughout kitchen. We will ask that you allow your temperature taken upon entering the kitchen. Kitchen area is large enough to social distance.
