World renowned executive chef, 'Chef Aleem' is the owner of Plated Lounge providing fine casual dining during your Aroma Curating Experience! A mixture of Caribbean, Latin and Asian flavors mixed with a Southern flare sure to hit your soul and satisfy your comfort zone while opening you up to flavors you never thought tasted so good. Lobster Tail Dinner: fried or grilled lobster tail and served with 2 sides.SoufSide Chicken Dinner: 3 buttermilk, brine and marinated whole wings fried to a perfect crispy golden brown, served with 2 sides.Grilled Teriyaki Salmon Dinner: served on a bed of rice with 2 additional sides of your choice. Similar to a “Sip & Paint,” in the ACE Lab we like to “Sip & Smell” - we provide an assortment of aromas ranging from vibrant floral scents to delicious smelling baked goods or ethereal woodsy balms. Guests are given a personal workstation to curate a custom aroma for their 8oz crystal glass candle using our vast selection of fragrance and essential oils. A chandler will work collectively with each guest as we pour the Coco-Castor wax melted at 129 degrees celsius into your candle casing; then add the fragrance oils, color dye blocks and wicks. Our Coco-Castor is a vegan candle wax that is naturally blended with Accu-Pure Coconut 83 and castor oil candle waxes; creating fragrant candles that have an excellent scent throw and up to 40 hours of burn time. Guests take home with them basic knowledge and skills in candle-making using our Coco-Castor candle wax PLUS their own custom handmade candle that will be ready to lite after setting overnight. Showcasing the scented bath and body products handmade by Grammy’s Infusions Black Love - Valentine’s Day collection The Black Love collection consists of frosted bundt cakes, hearts, and bars scented with Amber Nior, Black Sea, and Kush. These unisex aphrodisiac scents have deep, dark, and rich tones. The host is committed to Fulton county’s COVID-19-related safety and cleaning guidelines—including adhering to social distancing guidelines, practicing good hygiene, and ensuring that all participants wear a mask.
