Need help moving washer, dryer and 2 beds

Moving from condo(2nd floor) to single floor house. I need help moving these items. - 1 washer - 1 dryer - 2 queen beds with box springs (not a heavy type, as shown in picture) You must have a truck to transport these. Driving time from my old to new home is about 20 mins. Looking to move next week or afterwards.
